Did you see our “Dentists Rock” advertisement on the bottom of page F-8 in Sunday’s Austin American-Statesman? The Capital Area Dental Foundation is proud to announce our new partnership with the Austin American-Statesman.  As an official Community Connections partner, the CADF will receive two free ads per year (worth $500/each).

Because our dentists make everything we do possible, we dedicated our first advertisement to thank our amazing volunteers.

If you are a dentist and are interested in volunteering your time and talent, please contact our volunteer coordinator, Missy Quintana at missyquintana@yahoo.com.  We have lots of options that fit your schedule and interests.  Some of our newest programs, including our partnership with Central Health and the Health Alliance for Austin Musicians are compensated programs.

The a-ha moment came to the 80-year-old society when it found itself in a bit of a rut. The society had been turning to the same volunteers and donors year after year, said dentist Kavin Kelp, chairman of the Capital Area Dental Foundation.
